THEATRE

Pioneer Place Theatre

The Pioneer Place main theatre, located in what was once the Elks ballroom in the 1920s and 30s, is the premier venue for live music in downtown St. Cloud. Since opening, the theatre has been expanded and currently seats 212 guests with general admission, floor, balcony, and VIP skybox seating options.

The Pioneer Place theatre hosts all kinds of events, including live concerts, stand-up comedy, and more. Throughout the year, we host up to three or four live shows per week.

Amenities

Over the years, Pioneer Place has invested heavily in numerous upgrades for the theatre, including state-of-the-art sound and video technologies. Built to dampen echoes and increase the on-stage audio fidelity, our theatre takes live music to a whole new level of depth and clarity. Additionally, big-screen monitors behind the stage give audiences a fully-immersive experience. The top floor of the theatre features a full bar, where patrons can enjoy craft beverages during show nights.

Accessibility is one of Pioneer Place theatre’s top priorities. Patrons using handicap-accessible seating on the main floor can access the bar and restrooms located on the theatre’s top floor via the elevator.

Get Tickets

Shows at the theatre sell out quickly, so we recommend you purchase your tickets in advance. Last-minute tickets may be available prior to some shows — check our Main Stage Tickets page for availability.
